Coach Partin on May:
"Coach May is a good friend of mine and he's been around our program for a
couple of years already. He knows what we're all about, and that's important to
me. If you can't get excited about playing for Coach May then you don't belong
in our program. I love his work ethic and his fantastic approach to coaching.
He's extremely passionate and enthusiastic about the game and teaching guys. He
brings a great deal of toughness, experience and knowledge to our dugout. His
son Jeff, who's heading to the University of North Carolina this fall to play,
was a standout for us for two years. I'm really excited about having Coach May
in our program full time and all the positives he brings to our organization."
