Partin on Mitchell: "Mitchell's got a real clean delivery and fluid arm action. He's builds around a middle to better 80's fastball right now. He sat in the 87-89 mph range at the IMPACT Underclassman Showcase back in November. He's a bulldog on the bump - ultra-competitive. He devours right-handed hitters with his lower-middle 70's breakingball. He's got that breakingball ala Ryan Leach (UNC) that just shackles hitters. He'll also flash a workable change-up to complete his repertoire. He's athletic out there too - like a 5th infielder. We're very excited to have Bryan Mitchell with us this summer."
