Tice is in his third season with the Dirtbags. Tice is the current head baseball coach at Williamston high school.

Coach Tice is currently a State Games of North Carolina Coach for Region 1.

Tice resides in the Williamston, North Carolina area with his wife Jamie and their 1 year old boy, Champ.
